1. select the cell in which you want to create a hyperlink
2. press Ctrl+K or (Insert --> Hyprlink), then you get the dialog box as shown below
3. Enter the name you want to display in the excel in the upper text box
4. Enter the address of the website or the location of the document or the cell location in the sheet in the lower text box.
